We work with you to accept your insurance. We accept cash, check & credit cards. We have pre-pay plans available to save you money. We are now using Care Credit to make Care more affordable for you.
 

We accept new patients

on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday.

Our hours are: Mornings- Mon, Wed & Fri- 9-12:30
Afternoons- Mon through Thur- 2-6

Our Tues and Thur Mornings are reserved for Peripheral Neuropathy Qualification Screenings.
